A different way to look at wellbeing

Ayurveda invites us to look beyond one symptom, one habit or one quick fix. It looks at the whole person and the whole way we are living.

That includes our body, mind, emotions, energy, senses, daily habits, environment and the rhythms of everyday life.

During the summit, we will explore questions many people can relate to. Why can we be “not sick” and still not feel well? Why has feeling tired become normal? What happens when we live in a state of constant stimulation? How do our daily rhythms affect the way we feel?

We will also explore why genuine rest can be so difficult, why the same routine can work for one person and not another, and how we can begin making practical changes without trying to overhaul our entire lives.

This is not about perfection, and it is not about giving you another giant list of things you should be doing.

It is about awareness, understanding, experience and finding realistic ways to support greater balance, clarity and wellbeing.

What you will explore

Across the three days, we will look at the space between being sick and genuinely feeling well, the daily habits and patterns we repeat, and the ways attention, distraction and overstimulation can affect us.

We will also explore nervous system support, deep rest, Yoga Nidra, daily rhythms that fit real life, personalised wellbeing and the way Ayurveda looks at the whole person.

The summit also includes deeper conversations around Panchakarma, what it means beyond the modern idea of “detox”, and how to bring what you learn together into practical next steps.

You can join the sessions that interest you most or be part of the complete three-day experience the line up and regisatation details are below.

Ayurveda Awareness Online Summit 2026

Three live online days to pause, learn and look at wellbeing differently.

Monday 21 September to Wednesday 23 September 2026

All sessions are hosted in Australian Western Standard Time (AWST — Perth time).

Day One: Understanding the Missing Middle in Health

Day One begins with a question many people can relate to: what happens when we are not sick, but we do not truly feel well?

We will explore the space between functioning and genuinely thriving, the small daily habits that influence our wellbeing and what may happen when we spend too much of life on autopilot.

You will also have the opportunity to pause and experience a guided nervous system reset.

Day Two: Ayurveda in Modern Life and Work

We live in a world of constant input. Notifications, messages, meetings, screens and interruptions compete for our attention all day long.

Day Two explores how Ayurvedic ideas can be applied to the realities of modern life and work.

We will look at attention, focus, daily rhythms and deep rest, while also creating space for practical questions about how Ayurveda can be applied in everyday life.

Day Three: Deeper Healing and Professional Insight

What changes when we stop looking for one-size-fits-all answers?

Day Three takes the conversation deeper and explores the whole-person approach of an Ayurvedic consultation, Panchakarma beyond the modern language of detox, and how to bring the summit together into practical next steps.

The focus is not on leaving with more to do. It is on leaving with greater understanding, clearer questions and a more realistic way forward.

This summit may be for you when...

This summit may be for you if you are doing many of the “right” things but still do not feel as well as you would like.

You may have accepted tiredness or low energy as normal. You may find it difficult to switch off, or often feel distracted or overstimulated.

You may want healthier daily rhythms but do not want another impossible routine. You may be curious about the connection between the body, mind, emotions and the way you live.

You may also want to understand Ayurveda in a practical and approachable way, or you may simply know that something needs to shift even if you are not yet sure what that shift should be.

You do not need to know Ayurveda

You do not need to know your type, understand Ayurvedic terminology or arrive with all the right questions.

You can simply come with curiosity.

This summit has been designed to make Ayurvedic ideas practical, understandable and relevant to modern life.

Come as you are. Come to learn, experience and ask questions.

Each day begins at 8:00 AM in Perth, 9:30 AM in Adelaide, and 10:00 AM in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

Sessions then continue every 90 minutes.
