The Ayurveda Awareness Three-Day Online Summit is an opportunity to pause and explore your wellbeing from a different perspective.
Across three live online days, Neerja will share practical Ayurvedic ideas for modern life through education, guided experiences, reflection and open conversation.
You do not need to know anything about Ayurveda before joining us. You simply need to be curious.
A different way to look at wellbeing
Ayurveda invites us to look beyond one symptom, one habit or one quick fix. It looks at the whole person and the whole way we are living.
That includes our body, mind, emotions, energy, senses, daily habits, environment and the rhythms of everyday life.
What you will explore
Across the three days, we will look at the space between being sick and genuinely feeling well, the daily habits and patterns we repeat, and the ways attention, distraction and overstimulation can affect us.
We will also explore nervous system support, deep rest, Yoga Nidra, daily rhythms that fit real life, personalised wellbeing and the way Ayurveda looks at the whole person.
The summit also includes deeper conversations around Panchakarma, what it means beyond the modern idea of “detox”, and how to bring what you learn together into practical next steps.
You can join the sessions that interest you most or be part of the complete three-day experience and enrol in all. The summit is FREE to attend LIVE.
