A free reflective workshop exploring what procrastination is really about and how rebuilding trust with yourself can become the foundation for meaningful change.

60 Minutes | Online | Free

You already know what needs to be done.

The question is: Why haven’t you done it?

Most people assume procrastination means they are lazy, undisciplined, or lacking motivation.

What if none of that is true? What if procrastination is not a character flaw at all? What if it is a form of protection?

In this workshop, we explore a different way of understanding ourselves, one that creates more compassion, more clarity, and ultimately more capacity for action.

In This Session You Will

• Notice what you have been carrying

• Understand procrastination differently

• Reconnect with yourself more honestly

• Begin rebuilding trust with yourself

• Identify one practical step you can take immediately

A Different Perspective

Procrastination can look like:

Scattered energy, Perfectionism, Self-doubt, Exhaustion, Avoidance, Fear of disappointing others, Fear of disappointing yourself

From an Ayurvedic perspective, these are often signs that our inner resources have become depleted, scattered, or overwhelmed.

They are patterns. Not personal failures. When we understand the pattern, we can begin responding differently.

During This Workshop

You will experience:

· A guided meditation

· Personal reflection exercises

· Opportunities for self-discovery

· A simple framework for rebuilding self-trust

· No experience is required.

· There is nothing to prepare.

· You are welcome exactly as you are.

This Workshop Is For You If

You know what you want to do but struggle to begin.

You often put yourself last.

You feel frustrated by recurring patterns.

You want greater consistency without more pressure.

You are interested in practical wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth.

This Workshop Is Not

A productivity system

A time-management course

A motivational seminar

Therapy

A place where you will be judged or analysed

Important To Know

This workshop is designed to be complete in itself.

You do not need to enrol in any further program to benefit from what we explore together.

My intention is that you leave with valuable insights, practical reflections, and a meaningful next step that you can begin immediately.

For those who wish to continue exploring these themes more deeply, there will be an opportunity to learn about my four-session course, Rebuilding Trust With Yourself.

The course is entirely optional.

One Small Moment At A Time

This is where rebuilding begins.

Not through force.

Not through perfection.

But through learning how to show up for yourself again.
